Our Story
Born from a love of the craft
Brew & Bean started in 2019 when two childhood friends — one a specialty roaster, the other a ceramic artist — decided that great coffee deserved a space as intentional as the pour itself.
We source our beans directly from smallholder farms across Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala. Every lot is hand-selected during origin trips, then roasted in micro-batches at our on-site roastery to bring out each bean's unique character.
Our philosophy is simple: honour the farmer's work, respect the process, and serve each cup with the care it deserves. No shortcuts, no compromise — just honest coffee.
